Shiba Inu dogs
The Shiba Inu is an adorable dog that looks somewhat like a miniature Akita. They are playful and kind dogs, as well as great running partners! These dogs are very active and thrive in small yards. Though they are good with kids, they should not be around other small animals. The breed traces back to ancient Japan and is closely related to the Chow Chow and the Akita--both active and slightly aggressive breeds. Shiba Inus are a pleasure to have in a family, but need an owner who can assert their dominance. If you don't let these dogs think they're the boss, you will have the best--not to mention cutest--dog on the block!
