and patient with children makes them gentle giants. This breed only becomes aggressive when the situation calls for it.
If taught from young, they are well behaved as adults. However with the size of this breed, they must be taught not to lean on people. Not known for their longevity, be careful to buy from a respected breeder, 10 years is the average. Bath time for this giant is no easy task.
