The Panther works best in a pack order and the family being its new pack must dictate pack leadership. The rules must be set and followed for a successful relationship with this breed. There are no known health issues to be aware of. Not doing well in an apartment setting, the Panther must be kept in doors due to their short coat, which also makes for grooming ease. Best for personal protection, life expectancy of this breed can range from 10-11 years.
