Description: Only buy Weimaraner puppies from breeders members of the Weimaraner Club of America WCA. They health test and only breed breed worthy Weims. BYBs back yard breeders most ususally do not health test prior to breeding OFA / PennHip / CERF. If they say they health test - ask for proof copy of OFA, etc.. The MAJORITY of Weimaraners that are in rescue come from BYBs due to health / temperament issues. Please dont be fooled Also, be aware that Blue Weimaraners are NOT rare - they just have a disqualifying fault reconized world-wide and should not be bred. Beware of people currently breeding long haired Weimaraner in the USA since they are bred only by BYBs.
